What I liked most with this book is the daily plan to create an "attitude of gratitude." Yes, it sounds cliched but, frankly, it's something we could all use, a nice healthy dose of gratitude. The author provides actionable steps to make that happen.
I loved this book. It really gives great information on why we should be happy and grateful for the things we have in our lives. I like the way she goes into detail on how to be successful in your meditation. This is a very uplifting book and makes the reader want to let go of all the negativity we face daily. I am sure I will read this one more than once.

I like how the author starts off by addressing the issue of "letting go of the past" and gradually leads you through the process of finding happiness and how to maintain it. A wonderful read with lots of practical advice for anyone.
Very quick, gentle read. There is no new information or revolutionary ideas in this book, just said differently. For me, it was a good reminder. For others who haven't read self-help books or are just beginning to work on themselves, this is a good start. The author is careful to recommend professional help, but offers other avenues as well. Worth a read (it will take you about an hour) if you are a beginner to self-help or just need a reminder.
